Why are accidents or other details missing?

Inspect Ride collects accident and damage information from a wide range of sources, but not every accident or damage event is reported, and not all reported events are provided to Inspect Ride.

We always recommend using an Inspect Ride Report alongside a pre-purchase vehicle inspection and a thorough test drive to identify prior repairs, hidden damage, or any issues that may not have been reported to Inspect Ride. Contact Us

Request a refund

To request a refund, please visit our Refund Request Page and select the 'Billing / Refund' option. Once we receive your request, a representative will promptly review the details and determine your eligibility for a refund. If your refund is approved, it may take 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your credit card or bank account, depending on your financial institution.
